Oh. My. Goodness. Every fall wedding ever should be at The Ranch at the Canyons! The rustic tuscan setting was so perfect for our Autumn Lux styled shoot. The neutral color palette was perfectly complemented by the red and browns in Smith Rock which was right behind the ceremony site.
How swoon worthy is this Justin Alexander silk ball gown? It features a plunging neckline, a low keyhole back and wait for it… pockets! This gown embodies the clean and modern lines that are so in style right now, while keeping it traditional enough to make “8-year-old-planning-for-your-dream-wedding” self happy. We paired her gown with an ivy inspired bridal belt that is embellished with swarovski crystals and moons stones.
We paired the elegant look with a Justin Alexander 3-D floral cathedral length veil to give the look a little extra drama. When you have a backdrop like Central Oregon’s famous Smith Rock, you can go big and bold with your style. We completed Sarah’s ceremony look with delicate silver leaf earring and necklace set by Athena Bridal Jewellery and a bold Davie & Chiyo cuff bracelet that ties with a pretty satin bow.
Sarah’s dashing (real life) groom, Matt, is wearing a modern steel grey Jim’s Formal Wear tuxedo. The black satin lapel and cool floral print tie add just the right amount of details to keep his look clean and fresh. We mix and matched two pocket square patterns to give his style an edgy textured vibe. Add cool smokey cufflinks and dried floral boutonniere and his wedding day look was perfection!
Flash forward to the intimate reception. Every detail from the pumpkin and floral arrangements, to the layered chargers and plates was so stunning. We especially love the cute leather place cards and carved wooden menus. The neutral tones in the furniture and decor was warmed by the fuzzy blankets and cozy pillows. What a perfect place to spend the evening.
We completely changed bridal Sarah’s look from a romantic ball gown at her ceremony to a sexy party dress that showed off her amazing curves! We absolutely are in love with they way she is rocking this stretch crepe Justin Alexander mermaid gown. Our favorite part has got to be the button that trail from the nape of her neck all the way down to the end of the chapel length train.
The high neckline on this gown is a perfect compliment to the plunging illusion back. AND can we talk about that back detail for just one second? A giant maple leaf design is hand beaded perfection featuring crystals and moonstones (keeping with our sparkling leaf theme). Speaking of leaves… the amazing orange and yellow autumn foliage creates such a romantic scene and makes us want to see a million October weddings.
We, at The Bridal Suite, hope that these amazing fall photos give you plenty of inspiration while planning your dream autumn wedding.
